Step 1
Make a duct tape sheet that is 7 inches long by four strips wide:
·
Cut a strip of duct tape that measures 7 inches and lay it sticky side up on your work surface.
·
Roll out and cut another strip of duct tape to the same length.
·
Place the second 7-inch strip sticky side up so it slightly overlaps the edge of the first strip.
·
Repeat until you have four strips overlapping.
·
Turn the sheet so the strips run vertically.
·
Cut a strip to lay across the sticky-side-up strips. Start at the top and work your way down. These strips get placed sticky side down. Add another strip below the last one. Remember to overlap the edges.
·
Continue laying strips sticky side down until all of the sticky sides of the “bottom” strips are covered.
·
Trim off edges.
