How to Prep for Trim, Baseboards and Frames

Painting anything other than a big, blank wall can seem intimidating to many people.  After all, it’s those intricate, detailed places like chair rails and baseboards that require a steadier hand and a lot more patience.

But don’t call a professional for the job just yet.  As long as you take the proper precautions to ensure your carpet, floors and walls are protected from splattering paint or an unsteady hand gone awry, the painting can be done in no time.
