Ducktivity provided by mychemicalrmance!
A few days ago, I was bored so I made a flat clutch, but then I realized if you fold the corners you can make a flat-bottom clutch!
Approximate Crafting Time:0:30
Supplies and Tools:
- Multicolored Duck tape
- board (to spread the tape)
- pen that writes on duck tape
First, lay out 16 inches, more or less, of duck tape sticky-side down on a surface that will not cling to the tape.
Overlapping, add four more foot-long pieces.
(the 5th piece is white)
Flip over the duck tape, and add five 16-inch-long pieces of duck tape; sticky-side to sticky-side. Cut the edges to have a clean side with no sticky sides. You should now have a 16inch by around 8inch slab of duck tape (depending how far you overlapped)
Fold the slap so your favorite side is on the outside. Duck tape the sides parallel to each other (like train tracks) closed.
The top is still a bit choppy, so cut off a little bit to make the top even.
Inside of the flat purse, the sides are still a bit sticky, so rip a piece of duck tape in half hot-dog, and squeeze it in.
Fold over the bottom of the purse to make it a flat-bottomed purse
Hurrah! You've finished! To make more personal, add your name to it.
