Ducktivity provided by ducktapesid
This is a pair of flip flops that I made one night...They were not that hard actually!! Hope you enjoy!!!!
Approximate Crafting Time:1:0
Supplies and Tools:
- Duck tape- any colors
Your first step is to trace each of your feet onto a piece of cardboard. Then, cut out your tracings, you should cut a little wider than the actual tracing, so your foot will fit on the flip flop. You should end up with two SEPARATE pieces of cardboard in the shape of each of your feet.
Step two is to cover the cardboard with whatever colors/patterns of duck tape. Make sure you cover the back of the flip flops also so they are more sturdy. Be creative and have fun!!!
Step three is to cut a different color of duck tape and cut it about four inches to make the strap. Once cut, fold in half and trim a tiny amount off, this will make the strap thinner. The strap size will depend on your foot size though. It's a great idea to get a plastic pair of flip flops for a reference to make your strap the correct size.
The final step is optional: Add a duck tape bow to the top of the flip flops...and you're done!!! Hope your flip flops turn out great!!!
