Ducktivity provided by sealeel
I made this wallet out of orange, cheetah print, and zebra print duct tape.Although it took 1 hour and 45 minutes, I think it was worth it.There's 7 places to hold cards,a place to hold cash, and a place to put your driver's license. There's also a hidden pouch to put stuff too. This is my first ducktivity,so I hope you enjoy!
Approximate Crafting Time:1:45
Supplies and Tools:
- Duct tape
- Credit and debit cards
- clear duct tape
- a wallet
- an x-acto knife
- a ruler
- a cutting board
Take two duct tape fabrics,(8 and a half by 3 and a half inches) and tape the bottom, and the sides together. (A duct tape fabric is when you take pieces of duct tape and put them sticky side to sticky side, forming a "fabric". I give you the mesurments here.)
To add the pockets, take 3 duct tape fabrics,(3 and a half by 1 and a half inches) and tape them on to each other, around the sides. Do that for the other side, but on the side that faces in,tape them together, forming a pouch.
To add the middle divider, make another duct tape fabric,(3 and 3 quarters by 3 and 3 quarters) and add the clear coating for the driver's license. To make it, make a fabric with the clear duct tape,(3 and a half by 3 and one fourth) and then attach it around all the sides but one. It would be best to leave the side that's facing out open.
On the back of the middle divider, make the same flaps you did in step 2. I could only fit two flaps on the back of the divider, and two on one side of the wallet.I got three on the opposite side. It just varies between how big and how small you work.
Finally, decorate any way you want! I hope this tutorial was descriptive enough. Thank you for reading. :D :D :D
