Cover all of your stars in Duck Tape®.
Using Duck® Brand Double Sided Duct Tape, adhere your stars to the wreath you made in step 1. Arrange them in whatever pattern you want until the entire wreath is covered.
For the tails of the bow, make 2 matching double sided strips of Duck Tape® that are 7 in. long. Trim the ends and set aside.
For the bow, form a double sided strip of Duck Tape® that is 13 in. long into a loop. Pinch the middle of the loop and wrap a small piece of tape around it.
Use small pieces of Duck Tape® to tape the tails to the back of the bow.
