Duck® Brand offers a variety of door seals, each with a few important differences. Find out how to choose the best solution for your next project.

There are five types of door bottom seals:

  • Double Draft Seals
  • Triple Draft Seals
  • Adhesive and Aluminum Door Sweeps
  • Door Shoes

Double Draft Seals

Double Draft Seals also will not damage the surface of your door - no nails or screws needed. These seals slide on the bottom of the door and fit most doors up to 36 inches.

Triple Draft Seals

Triple Draft Seals are made with a fabric cover and foam inserts, so they will not damage the surface of your door. They are designed to insulate the door from both sides. And can be cut to size to fit most windows and doors.

Door Sweeps

Aluminum Door Sweeps are a permanent solution that are attached to the interior of the door with screws. These can be cut to size to fit most doors up to 36 inches and offer year round protection. Adhesive Door Sweeps feature a peel and stick adhesive that goes directly on the inside of the door bottom. These can also be cut to size to fit most doors up to 36 inches and offer year round protection.

Door Shoes

Door Shoes are a permanent solution that cover both sides of the door and are secured to the door bottom with screws. They are made with durable materials to withstand heavy use and are great for sealing exterior doors.
