The health and wellbeing of our entire community remains a top priority in planning the Avon Heritage Duck Tape® Festival – including that of our guests, volunteers, staff and more.

While we recognize and appreciate Ohio Governor Mike DeWine’s recent guidance to allow similar festival-style events and fairs in Ohio starting in June, we feel it important to maintain our caution for the safety of our community.

This is why the Avon Heritage Festival Committee, Duck® brand, and the City of Avon have collectively made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 Avon Heritage Duck Tape® Festival.

In place of this year’s Festival, we are excited to announce the return of the Duck Tape® Sculpture Scavenger Hunt this summer. The free, city-wide scavenger hunt, which offers the opportunity to showcase the extraordinary, larger-than-life duct tape sculptures crafted by Art Academy of Cincinnati artists to celebrate the annual Festival theme, will allow us to continue to celebrate our city in a socially distanced manner.

Stay tuned for more details as we continue to plan the scavenger hunt.

We thank you for your continued support and we look forward to celebrating with you in 2022.
